Januus offers all data subjects the opportunity to request to view any data we may have collected on them per the terms laid out in Article 15 of the GDPR.

Who can make a Subject Access Request?

The data requested must pertain to the individual making the data access request.

What is the Data Subject Access Process?

In order to view the data stored on you in Januus databases, you must first send an email to [email protected] and supply proof of ownership of the aforementioned data. Once you have made your request and we have confirmed ownership of the data, the access request enters our queue. The data will be sent to you by email within 30 calendar days from the initial request.
