GDPR Data Deletion Request

Januus offers all data subjects the opportunity to request data deletion for any data we may have collected on them per the terms laid out in Article 17 of the GDPR; to wit, data subjects have the right to request erasure of personal data if the data is no longer needed or consent has been withdrawn.

Who can request data deletion?

In order to request data deletion, the data must pertain to the individual making the data deletion request.

What is the data deletion process?

In order to have your data deleted from Januus databases, you must first send an email to [email protected] and indicate what you would like deleted and also supply proof of ownership of the aforementioned data. Once you have made your request and we have confirmed ownership of the data, the data deletion request enters our queue. Generally, the data is deleted within 14 calendar days from the initial request; the same will be confirmed by email.

During the deletion process, data is purged from Januus databases and servers. Any backup or log data that may maintain copies of your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days. Once data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

You can submit a data deletion request by sending an email to [email protected] Please include as much information as possible regarding the data which you would like to have deleted. In the event where we need information from you, we will reach out as needed to keep you updated on the progress of your request.
